Code of Conduct
- Mandatory requirement for all players to present their membership card. All players entering the club facility must change into (in-door non-marking shoes/table tennis shoes).
- All players must exercise with care when using any of the club equipment. Players should not sit, lean, or put shoes on the table edge, or any form of abuse to tables.
- Keep the club and washroom facility clean.
- All food and drink must be eaten in the dining area only. Please clean after yourself.
- All members must treat fellow members, staff and coaches with kindness and respect. (Avoid disruptive or offensive language, gestures or behaviour)
- When the club activity is at full capacity, all players must rotate with the waiting players to allow everyone a chance to play. (30 mins interval)
- Smoking and gambling are not allowed.
- All players are responsible for their own health circumstances.
- All players are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- Violations of any policies mentioned above may result in suspension or termination of the member, as deemed appropriate by the club.
Friendly Reminders
- For first-time visitors, please complete the waiver form. For every visit afterward, remember to sign in and stay safe.
- No food, drinks, or coffee are allowed inside the playing area. Please change into table tennis shoes or indoor sports shoes before entering. Do not move the barriers without permission, and please return them to their original position after use. Help us keep the facility clean and create a pleasant training environment.
- When the club is busy, please follow the 30-minute rotation rule to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play.
- Private lessons and the use of the ball machine must be booked and confirmed in advance.
- All GTTC membership cards and products are final sale. Please confirm before purchasing to avoid unnecessary issues.
- Please do not park in spaces marked “20 mins” or reserved/private spots to avoid being towed.
Drop In & Robot Booking
Play with your friends, no membership required. Just bring proper indoor court shoes.
